Brandon Moscoe (Articled Student)
Brandon Moscoe joined Acumen Law Corporation in 2017 after completing his J.D. at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, Brandon received a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) degree from University of Toronto.
While completing his Law degree, Brandon volunteered for the Legal Services Society and involved himself in the faculty’s Public Legal Information Project. As a law student he was specially selected and sponsored by the British Columbia Council of Administrative Tribunals to attend their annual legal conference.
Brandon focuses on Administrative and Criminal law. During his time at Acumen, Brandon has represented clients on Administrative legal issues before the BC Supreme Court and has successfully challenged dozens of driving offences.
Brandon is committed to doing his utmost for his clients. His clients know him for his compassionate handling of cases and his determination to see each case through. He prides himself on being in constant communication with his clients so they understand the entire process of their legal matter from start to finish.
Brandon is completing his articles with Paul Doroshenko, Q.C. and will be continuing to work at Acumen as an Associate Lawyer.
